Our Services. Not Your Average Recovery Home delivers Recovery Housing, Relapse Prevention, Structured Living, Life Skills Training, Employment Assistance. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Not Your Average Recovery Home arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.
